  1. Well, after reading this review of the Fitbit technology I like it a lot.
    Because it has things I believe on like having realistic goals and helping with a change to healthy habits, which are in my opinion on same time basic for changing a lifestyle.
    Are any trick, like know how my steps, when I´m walking, are long, etc?

    • Thanks for the feedback, yes how many steps is important, plus knowing how many calories burned is a great indicator. You can also track your rest. This is an awesome feature as well.

  2. After my second baby, I am struggling to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I need to get rid of 4 kilograms and I need some help. It seems to me that Fitbit could be the help I am looking for as your article convinced me to. I couldn’t find any links so I am wondering where could I buy it? Could you suggest any online shop?
